Also the motive was to restore the structural integrity of the building to ensure safety and longevity utilizing sustainable materials and technology like ferrocement to minimize environmental impact

Ferrocement is chosen for this renovation due to its versatility, strength, and aesthetic potential. Ferrocement panels were used restoring the roof. This composite material consists of a wire mesh or metal grid encapsulated in a mortar mix, offering several advantages which is crucial for renovation project such as; High Strength-to-Weight Ratio, Flexibility in Design, Durability, Cost-Effectiveness.
