In a time marked by rapid urbanization, climate challenges, and increasing demand for safe and affordable housing, HBRC’s mission has never been more vital. We are dedicated to pioneering solutions through research, innovation, and capacity building that respond to the urgent need for disaster-resilient, agro-friendly, and environmentally sustainable housing solutions across Bangladesh.
Our approach is deeply rooted in public benefit—ensuring affordability for the common people while fostering private sector innovation. As the nation’s only centre of its kind, we act as a catalyst to bridge the gap between academic knowledge, field-based research, and practical implementation.
